FAQS
Can Home Staging be done in an occupied home?
Yes. In this case, the scenes are prepared with the chosen components and linens, then we take the photographs and we dismantle everything used in the staging. You will receive a report clearly explaining how to set up the rooms when you have planned visits of potential buyers.
Can I buy the furniture or materials used in the scenes?
Yes. Whenever you are interested, I will send you a quote.
Should I have to paint or remove furniture, can I hire it directly someone I already know?
Of course. On the first visit to the house, we will evaluate the needs of paint, small repairs or furniture removal and you can manage it on your own without any problem, if you prefer. The important point is that the house is prepared according to the agreed requirements before I can start with the home staging.
How long does it take to stage a property?
It depends a lot on the house, but usually in a week you could have the project finalized, including the photo report.
How does Home Staging work on completely empty properties?
We use in a lot of cases cardboard furniture for the sofa or bulky stuff. Anyway, except in the case of the sofa, I prefer working with real furniture that I choose personally.
Can you work directly with owners or is it only for real-estate agencies?
We work for anyone who needs our services, regardless of whether is an owner, a real-estate agency or an investor.
How much can it cost a Home Staging intervention in a property?
It depends a lot on the original conditions in which we find the house, the number of rooms and the dimensions of the property. To give you an idea, it could range between 0.5% and 1.5% of the sale value of the home.
